These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://neuroboostmedia.com and the services provided by NeuroBoost Media, a division of Neuro Boost LLC(“NeuroBoost Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, purchasing our services, or participating in our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

SMS / text messaging program

Program: NeuroBoost Media Messaging.

Description. When you provide your mobile number and consent — verbally during a phone call with our team, or when applying to one of our job postings — you agree to receive text messages from NeuroBoost Media. These include appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups related to your conversation with us, and, for applicants, hiring and onboarding messages. We do not purchase phone numbers or use third-party lists.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you unless you opt back in.
• For help, reply HELP, or contact us at hello@neuroboostmedia.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our services

NeuroBoost Media provides Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising management, ad creative, and related marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for paid engagements are set out in the plan you select or in a separate service agreement.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Plan fees cover our management and creative services; advertising spend paid to Meta is separate and billed to your own account. Unless your service agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work for a billing period has begun.

No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget, competition, and platform changes. We do not guarantee any specific results, including leads, sales, or return on ad spend.

Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by or licensed to NeuroBoost Media. Ownership of creative we produce for clients is addressed in the applicable service agreement; we may display work we produce in our portfolio and marketing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroBoost Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for platform-related issues such as account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or algorithm changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
