NeuroBoost Media, a division of Neuro Boost LLC(“NeuroBoost Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for our SMS/text messaging program. It applies to https://neuroboostmedia.com and to communications you have with us by phone, email, and text message.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything else you share when you book a call, contact us, speak with our team, or apply to a job posting.
• Payment information. If you purchase a plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Stripe collects and handles your card details directly; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Messaging information. If you take part in our SMS program, we keep your mobile number and a record of your consent, along with the messages exchanged.
• Automatically collected information. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and essential cookies needed to operate the site.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve our services.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and appointments.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Review and communicate about job applications.
• Send the text messages you have consented to receive.
• Comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

SMS / text messaging

We send text messages only to people who have a prior relationship with us and have given consent. Consent is obtained when a prospective client verbally provides their mobile number during a live phone call with us, or when a job applicant provides their mobile number when applying to one of our job postings. We do not purchase phone numbers or obtain them from third parties.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, as well as hiring and onboarding messages for applicants. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or by emailing us at hello@neuroboostmedia.com.

No mobile information is sold, and mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging program (such as our SMS provider), solely for that purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Trusted companies that process data on our behalf to run our business — for example, Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging), our scheduling provider (calendar booking), and Vercel (website hosting). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NeuroBoost Media, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed for the website to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
